These terms summarise how Gym Seva is provided. They’re written to be readable, not to trap you — the signed agreement between your gym and Gym Seva is what governs the relationship, and it prevails over this page in case of any conflict.

The service

Gym Seva provides gym-management software plus education and workshops (the Academy), under a subscription. We work to keep the service available, secure and backed up, and to migrate your existing data at onboarding.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account, your staff’s access, and the accuracy of the data you put into Gym Seva. Keep credentials safe and use role-based access to give each person only what they need.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for running your gym or brand.
• Don’t attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access another gym’s data.
• Get consent where required before storing members’ personal and health information.

Fees

Pricing is tailored to your locations and active members, billed monthly or annually, with GST applied. There are no setup fees. Plans can change as you grow or downsize, with no long-term lock-in.

Data & exit

Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time, and we’ll help you take it with you if you leave. See our Privacy page for how we handle data.
