Gym Seva helps gyms manage their members, staff and operations. This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle and how we look after it. It is a summary, not a substitute for a signed agreement — your contract with us governs in case of any conflict.
Who controls the data
Your gym is the controller of its members’ and staff data. Gym Seva is the processor: we store and process that data on your instruction, to run the service you’ve subscribed to.
What we collect
- Account and staff details you enter — names, roles, contact details and login credentials.
- Member records you manage — profiles, subscriptions, payments, sessions and measurements.
- Operational records — tickets, incidents, inspections, cash entries, inventory and events.
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve the service: running your dashboards, sending the notifications you configure, migrating your existing data at onboarding, and supporting you. We do not sell your data or your members’ data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Security
Passwords are stored one-way hashed and never shown back to anyone. Access is role-based, and each gym’s data is isolated from other gyms and brands. Data is hosted on secured infrastructure with regular backups.
Your choices
You can access, correct or export your data at any time from within the app, and we’ll help you remove it when you leave. For any privacy request, contact us at [email protected].
