Why is pricing on request?
Gyms vary a lot — a single studio and a three-branch brand have very different needs. We quote on locations and active members so you only pay for your scale.
What’s included beyond the software?
Every plan includes the Gym Seva Academy — live workshops, playbooks and a community of gym owners. We help you run the gym, not just log into it.
Is there a long contract?
No lock-in. Bill monthly or save with annual, and change plan as you grow or downsize.
Can you move our existing data?
Yes. We migrate your members, plans and payment history for you as part of onboarding, at no extra cost.
Does GST get handled?
GST is applied to taxable invoices by effective date, and rate changes are versioned so older invoices stay correct.
